- Vouchers purchased are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and have an expiry date
- Vouchers purchased are non refundable

- If you would like a blank voucher to complete your own message type “blank” to the information box
Purchasing Time
- Purchased time/experience is valid for 6 months from date of booking and has an expiry date
- Purchased time/experience to confirm provisional booking is non refundable, booked date can be rescheduled or used by another person within the expiry date
- When confirming your provisional booking with payment, add your name and booked date in the information box
- Email [email protected] to enquire about availability before purchasing your time/experience.
- Your receipt of payment is not conformation of booking.
- Conformation of provisional booking in the diary will be from Blackstone Clydesdales only
- If you have not received a conformation email from Blackstone Clydesdales you are not booked in.

- If PAYING and BOOKING your DATE, TIME for your Experience through the website real-time calendar, this facility incurs an extra cost to the service provider.
Blackstone Cuddle Time no riding experience necessary
- Cuddle Time is a private experience, whether on you own, with friends or family.
- To ride on the Cuddle Time experience, you do not need to have any riding experience. Unfortunately if you are a novice or non rider you will also experience some muscle ache a few days after your ride.
- You will be riding with an English style bridle, saddle and stirrups.
- Riders weight restriction for novice and non riders is up to 15 stone [210lb/95kg]
- No food facility on the farm.
- We offer pleasure riding only, where you will be accompanied by your guide
- Inclusive of safety hat
- Extra cost for spectators
