We will arrange a site visit prior to the event, this gives us the opportunity to make a full risk assessment and discuss any queries you may have to ensure the event runs smoothly, we can also collect your booking form and deposit at this time.
We prefer to travel within a 40 mile radius of our base in Cumnock, East Ayrshire, but will be happy to discuss events outside of this area. Occasionally we may encounter traffic problems but will make up the time if running late.
Our Clydesdales are quiet and well trained however they can be sensitive to distractions such as loose dogs and bouncy castles! Please bear this in mind when booking your event, we will be happy to advise, also consider in wet weather we cannot guarantee that our Clydesdales will not leave footprints on grassed areas.
Permission must be gained for use of any public areas such as parks or village hall land and details provided to us in advance.
We reserve the right to leave an event if anyone becomes abusive to our Clydesdales or handlers. We alway put welfare and safety of our horses and handlers first.
